Procedure:

This test tube was placed in the spectrophotometer, every thirty seconds a variation was taken, this continued on for three transactions. After three minutes the tube was removed and cleaned. This process was iterate for runs 2, 3, and 4. for run 5a. through 5d. each tube was placed in a varied temperature changing environment (freezing, cooling, heating and boiling). These runs were only recorded at their start times and at three minutes. These processes were all repeated until round 8. Each round varied in enzyme used but had same process.
