Background
Brighter Futures, is a Salford found emerging cordial enterprisingness, established in September 2007, which provides vocational educational and training opportunities to young people excluded from mainstream education and those class as Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET). It was put together up by Tom Mcmanus after he grew disenchant with a charity organisation he was working for which withal provided training to NEET young people. Brighter Futures is a company limited by shares with Tom and his wife both directors. It employs 8 members of staff and has a management team of four. Each year it works with everyplace 300 young people and has an income level of approximately & puzzle;350,000. I go out compare Brighter Future with a neighborly enterprise called MOTIV Community Interest Company (CIC) which is based in Manchester and works to improve the education results of underachieving children in Manchester and beyond.
Though Brighter Futures has crocked societal aims it currently not a social enterprise due to its legal structure however I will endeavour to explore how Brighter Futures can become a social enterprise
