Synopsis for Across the Barricades The book is about two younker people named Sadie and Kevin, who both live in Belfast, North Ireland. Sadie and Kevin determine each other on the street one-day and begin to communion about old times. They soon afterwards begin to go out and see each other more often, yet a problem occurs.
