Abstract

This may mean cardinal professional roles, such as counselor or teacher, or even roles like counselor and lover. Dual relationships both informal and nonsexual affect all counselors and their customers who are seeking help. As helping counselors we should never enter into a dual relationship we seem to forget what we were taught in school that dual relationship with clients are un honourable. As a professional counselors when we play dual roles we risk the potential exists for a serious conflict of rice beer between those who are seeking help. It doesnt matter if the relationship is nonsexual or sexual it is still unethical. This paper is mean to be a resource that tells nearly the ongoing ethical issues of dual relationships that counselors have with their clients.
