Atheism in India

I am a Hindu. Every morning at my home begins with my mother worshipping at the family temple by fervour incense sticks, offering food before the images of deities and reciting from religious scripts. My spawn after bathing joins my mother in singing hymns, by-line which he folds his hands before the deity and leaves for work. When I was younger, I also worshipped divinity fudge, but it was an obligation and never a pleasure. Even at naturalize I mumbled the morning requester without knowing what the words meant. The thought of a higher berth never captivated me. After long consideration of godliness and god I realized that I am an atheist.
When my parents observed my atheist beliefs they blamed themselves for not having brought me up properly. At school I continued to pretend my faith in a higher power out of fear that I would be excluded on sharing my consecutive feelings. Although I celebrated festivals on a secular level, I felt extremely hypocritical in doing so as I did not weigh in the mythology or the religion. When I finally disclosed to everybody that I dont believe in god I understood the hardships of being an atheist especially in a religious country alike(p) India.
