Organizational Culture
Organizational Culture is the study of c ar fors and behaviors that assign to the social and the psychological make of an organization it also deals with the past times and the present assumptions, their philosophies and their values that holds everything together. In the job market its how you interact with your peers, supervisor and your senior supervisors and underway experiences that keep them together and can be expressed in their inner workings and how they react to the outside world.
