Decision in Paradise Part II
Alex and I initial assessment revealed the island of kava has faced many challenges and the government requested back upance from the retrieval care Program in exchange for expansion. Our assessment shows the island of kava faced many re-occurring challenges. First, over 50% of the country tribe is under the age 15. Second, there is a diverse pagan mix of religion, culture, and languages native to the island of Kava. Finally, innate disasters including tsunamis, floods, typhoons, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, petroleum spills, human immunodeficiency virus/AIDs, avian flu and terrorism constantly threatened the economy.
Our refinement of strategic planning for the Recovery Care Program incorporate of developing and managing an efficient, effective, and well organized process structure. The Program would assist the island of Kava in restructuring social services such as education, transportation, marketing, technology, human, and physical resources, leadership, and strategic planning. Kava has vast resources in coffee, cocoa, petroleum, fishing, natural gas, sugar, bananas, spices, and an garish labor force. These resources are important to the Recovery Care Program and sought by many other nations.
As Alex and I brainstormed through our initial assessment it became clear the starting line step needed was establishment of a location to put on donation of food, water, clothing, and medical supplies to aid in the survival of the population. We would fulfill these efforts through working with agencies such as the Red Cross, CDC, and FEMA. bordering we would set-up temporary shelters to provide cover from the elements and serve as lodgement for natives who had no housing. The use of mobile homes seemed appropriate because they were fairly inexpensive if bought used at whole sale.
