This report is a individualisedized development formulate that shows an evaluation of
current skills and knowledge that includes my strengths and
weaknesses.

Development is a lifelong of nurturing, shaping and improving an
individuals skills, knowledge and interests to find out my maximum
effectiveness and adaptability, and to minimize the obsolescence of my

I am going to focusing on what my strengths are and where my
weaknesses are, also how to practise my strengths in the field I will work
